Monatsbericht des Referats für Digitalisierung im AStA 2025/26

1. Allgemeine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte
Im Berichtszeitraum Januar 2026 umfasste meine Tätigkeit sowohl Aufgaben innerhalb meines Referates für Digitalisierung als auch referatsübergreifende und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Rahmen meines Mandats im Allgemeinen Studierendenausschuss. Neben der Wahrnehmung laufender Tagesgeschäfte lag ein besonderer Schwerpunkt auf der Unterstützung zentraler Gremien der Studierendenschaft sowie auf der Weiterentwicklung digitaler und organisatorischer Strukturen.
2. Mitwirkung in Gremien und Ausschüssen der Studierendenschaft
Im Rahmen meines Mandats wurde ich durch den Vorsitz des Studierendenparlaments in die Antragskommission der Vollversammlung der Studierendenschaft berufen. In dieser Funktion wirkte ich an der inhaltlichen Prüfung, Beratung und Vorbereitung der zur Vollversammlung eingereichten Anträge mit.
Darüber hinaus beteiligte ich mich an der Planung und Durchführung der Vollversammlung der Studierendenschaft. Hierzu gehörten sowohl organisatorische Vorbereitungen als auch Abstimmungen im Nachgang der Veranstaltung. In diesem Zusammenhang fanden zudem einzelne Arbeits- und Abstimmungstreffen mit Mitgliedern des Vorsitzes des Studierendenparlaments statt.
Ferner nahm ich regelmäßig an Sitzungen des Allgemeinen Studierendenausschusses sowie des Studierendenparlaments teil und brachte mich dort in die laufenden Arbeitsprozesse ein.
3. Digitale Infrastruktur und Website-Angelegenheiten
Ein weiterer Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt lag im Bereich der digitalen Infrastruktur der Studierendenschaft. Ein bereits vorliegendes Angebot eines externen Dienstleisters zur Erneuerung der AStA- und StuPa-Website wurde von mir erneut geprüft und inhaltlich verifiziert. Auf Weisung des Vorsitzes des Allgemeinen Studierendenausschusses bereitete ich auf dieser Grundlage einen entsprechenden Finanzantrag vor und reichte diesen beim Studierendenparlament ein.
Parallel dazu führte ich Aktualisierungen an der bestehenden Website durch und unterstützte das Referat Kommunikation bei technischen und inhaltlichen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit der digitalen Außendarstellung des AStA.
4. Kooperationen und projektbezogene Tätigkeiten
Im Rahmen der laufenden universitären Kooperation zur Digitalisierung nahm ich an einem Treffen mit einer Studierendengruppe unter der Betreuung von Prof. Dr. Knackstedt und Herrn Phillip Kurz teil. Gegenstand des Austauschs waren insbesondere die bestehenden Abläufe, Zuständigkeiten und Arbeitsstrukturen innerhalb des Allgemeinen Studierendenausschusses.
5. Beratung, Vermittlung und sonstige Aufgaben
In meiner Funktion als Kontaktperson zur Polizeiinspektion Hildesheim informierte und beriet ich einzelne Mandatsträger*innen über Schutzmaßnahmen und Schutzmöglichkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Ausübung ihres Mandats.
Darüber hinaus übernahm ich außerhalb meines eigentlichen Zuständigkeitsbereichs eine vermittelnde Rolle zwischen Studierenden und der Fachschaft Geschichte, nachdem es innerhalb eines Kurses zu Problemen gekommen war. Ziel war hierbei die sachliche Klärung des Sachverhalts und die Unterstützung einer konstruktiven Lösungsfindung.
Neben den genannten Tätigkeiten erledigte ich die laufende E-Mail-Korrespondenz des Referats sowie weitere organisatorische Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts.
6. Zusammenfassung und Ausblick
Zusammenfassend war der Monat Januar 2026 geprägt durch eine enge Einbindung in zentrale Entscheidungs- und Beteiligungsprozesse der Studierendenschaft, die fortlaufende Betreuung digitaler Strukturen sowie durch beratende und koordinierende Tätigkeiten.
Für den kommenden Berichtszeitraum ist vorgesehen, die Bearbeitung des Finanzantrags zur Erneuerung der AStA-/StuPa-Website weiter zu begleiten, die Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen der universitären Digitalisierungskooperation fortzuführen sowie die laufenden digitalen und organisatorischen Aufgaben des Referats weiterhin wahrzunehmen.

Monthly Report of the Digitalisation Unit of the AStA 2025/26

1. General Scope of Activities
During the reporting period in January 2026, my activities comprised both duties within the Digitalisation Unit and cross-departmental and organisational tasks arising from my mandate within the General Students’ Committee (AStA). In addition to routine administrative work, a particular focus was placed on supporting the central bodies of the student representation as well as on the further development of digital and organisational structures.
2. Participation in Committees and Governing Bodies
As part of my mandate, I was appointed by the Chair of the Student Parliament to serve on the Applications Committee of the General Assembly of the Student Body. In this role, I contributed to the examination, discussion and preparation of motions submitted to the General Assembly.
Furthermore, I was involved in the planning and implementation of the General Assembly of the Student Body. This included organisational preparatory work as well as follow-up coordination. In this context, several working and coordination meetings were held with members of the Student Parliament Chair.
In addition, I regularly attended meetings of both the General Students’ Committee (AStA) and the Student Parliament, actively contributing to ongoing deliberations and working processes.
3. Digital Infrastructure and Website Matters
Another key area of activity concerned the digital infrastructure of the student representation. An existing proposal submitted by an external service provider for the redevelopment of the AStA and Student Parliament websites was reviewed and verified once again. Acting on the instruction of the Chair of the General Students’ Committee, I subsequently prepared and submitted a corresponding funding application to the Student Parliament.
In parallel, I carried out updates to the existing website and provided technical and content-related support to the Communications Unit in matters relating to the AStA’s digital presence.
4. Cooperation and Project-Related Activities
Within the framework of the ongoing university cooperation project on digitalisation, I participated in a meeting with a group of students supervised by Professor Dr Knackstedt and Mr Phillip Kurz. The discussion focused in particular on existing workflows, responsibilities and organisational structures within the General Students’ Committee.
5. Advisory, Mediation and Additional Tasks
In my capacity as the designated contact person to the Hildesheim Police Inspectorate, I advised and informed individual elected representatives about protective measures and available security options in connection with the performance of their mandates.
Moreover, beyond the formal scope of my responsibilities, I assumed a mediating role between students and the History Students’ Council following issues that had arisen within a course. The objective was to facilitate a factual clarification of the situation and to support a constructive resolution.
In addition to the tasks outlined above, I managed the ongoing email correspondence of the unit and attended to further organisational duties as part of the day-to-day administration.
6. Summary and Outlook
In summary, January 2026 was characterised by close involvement in central decision-making and participatory processes of the student representation, the continued maintenance of digital structures, and advisory and coordinating activities.
For the forthcoming reporting period, it is planned to continue accompanying the funding application for the redevelopment of the AStA and Student Parliament websites, to further pursue the cooperation project on digitalisation, and to maintain the ongoing digital and organisational responsibilities of the unit.
