Hallo zusammen,
Ich bin Clara (sie/ihr), die neue AStA-Referentin für Finanzen an unserer Uni. Gemeinsam mit Paul werde ich mich in den kommenden 12 Monaten um die finanziellen Angelegenheiten unserer Studierendenschaft kümmern – kurz gesagt: Wie kümmern uns um den Haushaltsplan und eure Finanzanträge.
Anfang des Monats wurde der AStA neu gewählt. Ich bin neu in dieses Amt gekommen, Paul war bereits Finanz-Referent im letzten Jahr. Das hat den großen Vorteil, dass nur ich neu eingearbeitet werden muss. Dies hat in diesem Monat langsam begonnen und ich wurde an die ersten Aufgaben herangeführt. Da dieses Referat jedoch verschiedene Aufgaben beinhaltet, die alle recht vielseitig sind, und wir aktuell vorlesungsfreie Zeit haben (wie wissen, da läuft alles etwas langsamer), zieht sich alles etwas in die Länge, aber wir arbeiten dran.
Neben der Einarbeitung habe ich mich diesen Monat ein wenig in den Haushaltsplan für das Haushaltsjahr 2025 eingearbeitet und Paul war beschäftigt mit meiner Einarbeitung und dem Tagesgeschäft (E-Mails beantworten, Finanzanträge bearbeiten und Unterschriften leisten).
Auf den AStA-Sitzungen war immer mindestens einer von uns anwesend, der Haushaltsausschuss hat diesen Monat nicht getagt.

Hey everybody,
my name is Clara (she/her), and I am the new Finance Representative of the AStA. Over the next 12 months, together with Paul, I will be responsible for all of your financial matters concerning
the student body. In short: we will supervise the budget plan and process your financial requests (Finanzanträge).
At the beginning of July, I was elected by the StuPa for this position; Paul was re-elected. That was perfect for me, because Paul knows all about the business and can now show me everything. We started with some initial tasks so as not to overstrain me. Now we are in
semester break, and as we all now, everybody is either busy with homework or on vacation, so things are taking a bit more time tan usually.
In addition, I stared to become familiar with the budget plan for the year 2025, and Paul kept things running by answering emails, processing financial requests, and signing documents.
At least one of us was present at every AStA meeting this month, and the budget committee (Haushaltsausschuss) did not meet.
