Hallo zusammen,
Das Haushaltsjahr 2025 neigt sich dem Ende (31.03.2026) und für den Jahresabschluss gibt es ganz viel vorzubereiten. Bevor jedoch das HJ25 abgeschlossen wird, wollten wir noch den Jahresabschluss des Haushaltsjahres 2024 endgültig abgeschlossen haben. Dieser hatte sich in den letzten Monaten aufgrund des Referatswechsels sehr in die Länge gezogen. Wir haben in den vergangenen Monaten jedoch alle notwenigen Dokumente gesammelt, erstellt und vorbereitet, sodass dieser nun vom StuPa festgestellt werden kann. Mit einer Vorlaufzeit von 14 Tagen, wie in § 39 der Finanzordnung festgeschrieben, hat das StuPa alle nötigen Dokumente zugesandt bekommen. Leider konnte aus unerfindlichen Gründen der Jahresabschluss immer noch nicht festgestellt werden. Wir arbeiten weiter daran, dass dies schnellstmöglich passiert!
Damit eine solche Verzögerung nicht noch einmal vorkommt und der nächste Jahresabschluss fristgerecht festgestellt werden kann, haben Paul und ich (Clara) in diesem Monat viel Vorarbeit geleistet und Dokumente vorbereitet. Die Erstellung des Haushaltsplanes haben wir begonnen und wollen diese in den kommenden Wochen mit dem Haushaltsausschuss besprechen. Dieser muss dann bis zum 31.03. vom StuPa beschlossen werden.
Aufgrund des Jahresabschlusses erreichen uns aktuell sehr viele Etatanträge und Abrechnungen interner Finanzanträge. Alle bewilligten internen Finanzanträge entfallen mit dem Ende des Haushaltsjahres (Finanzordnung § 6 Abs. 4), weshalb die Abrechnungen nur noch bis zum 13.03. eingereicht werden können!! Daher haben wir im Moment sehr viel mit unserem Tagesgeschäft zu tun, Anträge müssen bearbeitet werden, Abrechnungen ausgezahlt und E-Mails beantwortet.
Da wir diesen Job nur als Ehrenamt ausführen müssen wir bei all der Arbeit auch Grenzen ziehen und unser Studium in den Fokus setzen. Gerade zum Ende des Semesters rücken die Deadlines für Abgaben bekanntlich näher und auch wir haben die ein oder andere große oder kleine Abgabe. Daher schauen wir aktuell, dass alles gut läuft wir aber auch genug Zeit für unsere Uni-Abgaben haben. Erreichbar sind wir natürlich nach wie vor.

Hey everybody,
The financial year 2025 is coming to an end (on the 31st of March), and therefore we need to prepare a lot of things. But before we end the year 2025, we wanted to finish the financial year 2024 completely. The closing date is delayed by a couple of months because of the change in the Finance Department. In the last months we collected, prepared, and created all the necessary documents. We sent them to the Student Parliament (StuPa) 14 days in advance, as prescribed in the Financial Statutes (Finanzordnung) § 39. For unknown reasons, the financial year 2024 could not be closed until now. We are trying our best to make this happen as soon as possible.
To prevent such a delay for the next financial year closing and to make sure everything happens before the deadline, we are already working on the next annual financial documents. We started preparing the budget plan, which needs to be discussed in the budget committee and later in the StuPa. This needs to happen before the 31st of March.
Because of the end of the financial year, we are currently processing many financial applications and invoices for internal financial applications. Those internal financial applications will expire on the day the financial year ends (Finanzordnung § 6 Abs. 4). There are also quite a few emails to answer.
During these days with a lot of work, we must balance our volunteer engagement and our studies. As you all know, by the end of the semester the due dates for university papers are coming closer. Therefore, we also need to focus on our studies. We are keeping the daily business running, but we also have to focus on our final papers.
