Monatsbericht Finanzen August 2025 / Monthly Report – August 2025

Hallo zusammen,
Der vergangene Monat war aufgrund der vorlesungsfreien Zeit relativ ruhig. Paul und ich (Clara) waren beide im Urlaub und danach haben wir uns in der Uni verabrede, um mit dem Tagesgeschäft gemeinsam weiterzumachen.
Neben Etatanträgen haben wir auch interne und externe Finanzanträge besprochen und somit konnte ich mich an den aktuell vorliegenden Anträgen gut in die jeweiligen Vorgänge einarbeiten. Auch E-Mails und Beratungsgespräche im Büro zählten diesen Monat zumTagesgeschäft.
Ich habe mich weiter in diverse Ordnungen eingelesen und bin nun sehr vertraut mit den Förderrichtlinien. Wir haben auch Rücksprache mit dem AStA-Vorsitz und Anja gehalten, um unsere Abläufe besser aufeinander abzustimmen und eine reibungslose und schnelle Bearbeitung aller Anträge zu gewähren. Auch mit dem StuPa-Vorsitz habe ich gesprochen, um die Weiterleitung von diversen Anträgen zuverlässig zu gestalten.
Außerdem versuche ich aktuell die Ordnungsstrukturen, die wir im Referat haben, zu strukturieren und zu ordnen. Paul hat seine eigene Ordnung, in der ich mich gerade einfinde. Aber um es auch zukünftigen Finanzreferent*innen zu ermöglichen, sich schnell in Prozesse und Strukturen einzuarbeiten, überlege ich mir, an welchen Ecken wir die Papiere wie sortieren können. Außerdem möchte ich im selben Zug an der Digitalisierung arbeiten, da wir aktuell noch sehr viel Bürokratie, Zettelwirtschaft und lokal gespeicherte Daten haben. Ich hoffe, ich kann dort ein paar Weichen für die Zukunft stellen!
Auf der letzten AStA-Sitzung (27.08) wurde beschlossen, mehr Speicherplatz für unser E-MailPostfach zu buchen. Das hilft uns enorm, da wir somit mehr Dokumente in den Mails sammeln
können und nicht ausmisten müssen.
Am selben Tag gab es ein Kennenlern-Treffen von Stupa und AStA, bei welchem wir uns alle (besser) kennenlernen konnten und sehr gute Gespräche geführt haben. Wir beide freuen uns sehr auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit!

Hey everybody,
The last month was quite calm because of the semester break. Paul and I (Clara) were both on vacation, and when we came back, we met in the office to continue answering emails, processing financial requests, and signing documents.
Paul showed me how to process the variety of financial requests such as Etatanträge, internal and external financial requests (interne und externe Finanzanträge). We processed the requests that had been submitted so that many of the waiting students will get their money soon.
As well, I got familiar with various statutes and regulations, for example the Förderrichtlinien. We talked with our chairpersons oft he AStA, the StuPa and Anja (at our service center) in order to better coordinate our processes and ensure smooth and rapid processing of all applications and requests.
I am also currently trying to structure and organize the workflows we have in the AStA finances department. Paul has his own system, and I am still getting familiar with it. For the next Finance Representatives, I would like to create a clear and functional system where it is completely obvious where to look if you cannot find something or where to file papers. While working on this, I would also like to digitalize the department (as far as possible), because currently we have a lot of bureaucracy, paper files, and data stored only locally. I hope I can set some guidelines for the future by doing so.
At the last AStA meeting (27.08.) we decided to upgrade the storage space for our email. This is extremely helpful because we can now store more documents there and don’t have to delete
emails.
On the same day, we also had a get-together meeting with AStA and StuPa where we got to know each other (better) and had a lot of good conversations. We are both very much looking forward to continuing our collaboration!
