Monatsbericht Finanzen Dezember 2025 / Monthly Report – December 2025

Hallo zusammen,
Weihnachten und das Jahresende rücken näher und auf dem Campus wird es früher dunkel und gemütlich. Die wohl beste Zeit für Weihnachtsfeiern, Winterfeiern und Jahresabschlussfeiern. Damit waren nicht nur die Fachschaften und Initiativen beschäftigt, sondern auch wir. Besser gesagt mit den ganzen eingereichten Rechnungen und Quittungen.
Paul hat sich in diesem Monat um all die eingereichten Anträge gekümmert, damit alle Studis ihr Geld nicht für Uni-Sachen sondern für Weihnachtsgeschenke ausgeben können. Außerdem haben wir uns gemeinsam um die Mails gekümmert.
Ich (Clara) war auch diesen Monat aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht vor Ort, habe aber alles über den Computer erledigt, was möglich war. Beispielsweise den Quartalsbericht überarbeitet, den Jahresabschluss für das HJ24 vorbereitet und die nächste Sitzung des Haushaltsausschusses geplant.
Paul war somit für uns auf den AStA-Sitzungen, ich habe an den Sitzungen, wenn möglich, online teilgenommen. Außerdem gab es eine Sitzung des Vollversammlungsausschusses, indem ich Mitglied bin. Dort haben wir die Vollversammlung am 21.01.2026 geplant.
!! An dieser Stelle möchte ich auch auf diesem Wege noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass die Vollversammlung am 21.01.2026 stattfindet. Informiert euch online oder auf Instagram über das Treffen. Bitte kommt zahlreich, es ist wichtig und es geht auch um eure Interessen!!
Wir hoffen, ihr hattet schöne Feiertage und seid gut ins neue Jahr gestartet. Wir freuen uns euch auch im kommenden Jahr bei allen finanziellen Anliegen bezüglich Fachschaft, Initiative oder als Projektförderung unterstützen zu können und sind schon sehr gespannt auf die nächsten Veranstaltungen!

Hey everybody,
December was the time when Christmas and New Year were approaching and the campus became cozy and dark. It was definitely the best time for Christmas, winter, and New Year’s parties. Organizing these events was not only a task for the student representatives (Fachschaften/ FSVs) or the initiatives, but also for us, especially when it came to handling invoices and receipts.
Paul handled all financial applications submitted this month so that students could spend their money on Christmas presents instead of university stuff. We also handled incoming emails together.
During December, I (Clara) was unable to be in Hildesheim due to health reasons. I therefore completed all tasks that could be done digitally, such as reviewing the second quarterly report, preparing the annual financial statement for 2024, and preparing the next budget committee (Haushaltsausschuss) meeting.
Paul represented us at the AStA meetings, and I attended online whenever possible. In addition, a meeting of the Plenary Assembly Committee took place, during which we planned the next plenary assembly on January 21st.

We hope you all had a pleasant holiday season and a good start to the new year. We look forward to supporting you in 2026 with all financial matters concerning FSVs, initiatives, and external projects. We are excited about the upcoming events.
